At Lilbubu, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every collector to shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and unopened
Sealed in their original packaging
In resalable condition

Opened, damaged, or worn items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at hello@lilbubu.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, Lilbubu will cover the return shipping or offer an appropriate solution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Final Sale Items

Certain limited or collector items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
